Impact
Before becoming a formally registered organization, Hope in Action for Women & Girls carried out small, informal grassroots activities led by the founder and supported by local volunteers. These early efforts helped us understand community needs and build trust, but they were not formally documented.
Now, as we begin our official programs in 2025, we are putting in place clear systems to measure, track, and share our impact in a transparent and accountable way.
.
Our work is grounded in a community-driven, women-centered approach. As we begin our first official program cycle in 2025, we are strengthening our systems for learning, participation, wellbeing, and early economic outcomes. Our goal is to ensure every program reflects local priorities and leads to meaningful, sustainable change.
We measure progress through simple but strong indicators that track participation, learning, school engagement, confidence, wellbeing, and early economic pathways. Our monitoring approach is practical, community-based, and aligned with global standards while remaining locally relevant and ethical.
